1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ingamakeupstudio.ro website and the booking of services offered by Inga Make-up Studio. By using the website and by making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We offer make-up services (bridal, event, daytime, photoshoot), lash and brow lamination and styling, event hairstyling and related services, at our studio in Botoșani. Descriptions and starting prices are available on the Services page.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone or the contact form. A booking is confirmed once we mutually agree on the date, time and service. Please share any relevant details in advance.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling requested within this window (more than 48 hours in advance) is done free of charge, subject to availability.

For bridal services, the deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation — it covers reserving the date and the related preparation.

Please let us know in good time if you cannot make it, so we can offer the slot to another client.

5. Prices and payment

The prices shown on the site are starting prices (“from”), expressed in Romanian lei (RON). The final price depends on the complexity of the look and the options chosen, and is agreed before the service is provided.

We accept payment in cash, by card and by bank transfer. For bridal services, a deposit may be requested when the appointment is confirmed.

6. Client responsibilities

For the safety and quality of the service, please tell us about any allergies, skin sensitivities or relevant conditions before products are applied. Please arrive with clean skin, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

The aesthetic result is, by its nature, subjective; we make every effort to achieve the desired result, agreed together beforehand. We are not liable for reactions caused by incomplete information about undisclosed allergies or conditions.

The website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be permanently available or error-free, and the information is indicative.

8. Intellectual property

The website content (texts, images, photos of our work, design elements) belongs to Inga Make-up Studio or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, if that is not possible, by the competent courts in Romania.
