1. Data controller

The controller that determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data is Inga Make-up Studio, located at Strada Nicolae Iorga 22a, 710200 Botoșani, Romania.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect only the data needed to reply to you and provide our services:

• Through the contact form or WhatsApp: your name, your email address or phone number, and the content of your message.
• For bookings: the data needed to arrange and manage the appointment (date, type of service, preferences you share).
• Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies: technical data about your visit (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• to respond to your requests and messages — basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with interested people (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• to arrange, confirm and manage appointments — basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b));
• for non-essential cookies (e.g. statistics) — basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time;
• to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax), where applicable — basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Retention period

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for 12 months from the last interaction, then deleted. If you become a client, data is kept in line with our contractual relationship and the applicable legal terms (for example tax documents). Your language preference (stored locally in your browser) stays on your device until you delete it.

Once these periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it only with:

• the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which processes contact-form submissions and delivers the messages to us by email — acting as a processor;
• other providers who help us run the website (web hosting, email service, possibly analytics tools), under contractual safeguards;
• public authorities, where the law requires us to.

6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some tools we use (for example the Web3Forms form service, hosting or analytics) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards under the GDPR are in place (for example the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• the right of access to your data;
• the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• the right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”);
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to object to processing;
• the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Exercising your rights and the right to complain

You can exercise your rights by sending a request to rezervari@ingamakeupstudio.ro. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), B-dul General Gheorghe Magheru no. 28-30, 010336 Bucharest, Romania — www.dataprotection.ro.

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
